Initiate Your Return
Visit any of our physical storefronts or contact our support team via email to receive a Return Authorization number for mail-in returns.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit; for mail-in returns, clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
Processing and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 3-5 business days.
